LYDIA KELLY

​Lydia is an actor and filmmaker based in New York, NY. Her work revolves around stories of fearlessness, particularly in female-led narratives, and representing unconventional family structures inspired by the one she grew up in.

In 2022, Lydia made her feature film debut in "Turning" directed by Marco Baratta, which played at: Woodstock and Santa Fe Film Festivals. In 2026, she will appear in FX/Hulu's "American Love Story" and Maggie Gyllenhaal's feature film "The Bride." Her recent short film credits include: "The One that Got Away" and "The Pleasure of Being Someone Else."
Lydia has also been a part of various new theatre works in New York including: "BITCHES" at the East Village Basement, "Off the Books" a staged reading at Irish Arts Center, and "Offal Endings" at Theatre Row.

In addition to her on-camera work, Lydia has interned for casting director Eléonore Hendricks on "The Accompanist," and served as art director on Naomi Honig's recent short "Skinned."

She received her BFA in Acting from Ithaca College, where she minored in dance and educational studies.
